Currently, there are five task templates shown, and then a search box allowing the user to find other templated tasks. We understand that the five visible tasks are determined based on how often a user chooses them (though we wonder if this is working as intended).
The feedback we get from users is that it takes too many clicks/searches to access frequently used tasks. They want to be able to choose a task template in one click.
As administrators, we would like the ability to surface the five most commonly used task templates, and hide the rest so that if they need to be accessed, the user can search for them.

I know this is a long time coming, but we are working on revamping the whole "Task Experience." I agree that the
Top 5
interface does not work well, so we are reworking how this whole interaction works.I'm targeting the end of the year for the updates to the Task Experience so please keep a look out. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please reach out to me through your account manager.
