Ideas for Arc XP

It would be great to be able to control the display order of collections.
When creating a new collection, we cannot know where it will be displayed in the view of the list of collections. The random display is very disturbing. Moreover because some are commonly-used collections, and others rare-used ones so journalists can waste time looking for them.

We need to know/or better to choose that it will be displayed at the top or bottom of the list.
