As a reporter/editor, I would love to have the option to get notified when my social pitch gets a new status, be it "used" or "watching" or something else.
Publication can trigger notification when created and when its status changes. I think it would make a lot sense to have Platform pitches have the same setup.

As Platforms become an increasingly useful tool for clients to leverage for their content workflows and strategy, it would be valuable to have "Platform pitch update" as an option for notifications.
Content creators would gain more transparency regarding the status of their platform pitches and could receive valuable feedback regarding whether their pitch was used, where it was used, when it was used, why it wasn't used, whether it needs attention (due to being placed in a "Watching" status, for example), and/or any other notes the Platform teams would have for them.
