Ideas for Arc XP

Support for multiple websites for collections

I would like to create a collection, set a primary website of Publication A, fill it with stories that are pathed to Publication A, Publication B and Publication C, and be able to use it not only on Publication A's website, but also Publication B and Publication C's websites. Currently I am only able to use the collection on the primary website I select when setting it up.

    Hi all,

You'll be glad to know that we released Multi-Site Capabilities for Collections earlier this week! You can read more about it here:

Please feel free to ask any follow up questions here, or ask your TAM to set up time with me to discuss.

    Cheers!

I'd like to bubble this one back to the top for consideration. We've found many needs for this as we are building out our websites right now. We have multiple websites in the same geographic market. We share content among the websites often and would like to be able to manually create lists of content for the website that we can share too.

We really don't want to have to pitch a story to 8+ different collections, then maintain 8 different collections and would really like to be able to use one collection for all 8 websites and link them properly in PBEditor so we only have to manage items in one place.
