when you create a publication plan in websked you cannot re-order the sections or remove them without deleting the entire plan and starting over. Please provide the ability to re-order and remove sections of the publication plan.
For example - you have a plan created and in use and now you want to add a new section and have it be located in the top or second position and you want to remove one section that is not used from the middle of the plan. Can't be done. The only solution we have found is to change the names of the sections and reorder them that way - which doesn't help with removing an unused section - all we can do is label it DO NOT USE
