Right now, when someone sends a story through the WebSked workflow, which triggers tasks and sends Slack notifications, there is no way to see who create the task. Would be great to get the user who created the task in the description of the notification. Otherwise, someone has to go into the revision history of a story and take a guess at who sent the story through.
Attached a screenshot of what a notification currently looks like. Note, Assigned User is the person who claimed the task, not created it.

Thanks for your interest in this idea. We are not making updates to Notifications this year but it is on our long term roadmap.
I will include this as part of research for updating the whole Notifications process.
