For an organization with a large number of user and groups, and especially when that organization makes heavy use of notifications, it can be difficult or impossible to troubleshoot misbehaving or non-functioning notification based workflows. This is because finding notifications requires knowledge of which group or user owns the notification.
Having a UI that provided a table of all configured notifications with indications/links to the users/groups that own them would be a more efficient design for troubleshooting and management.
