We would like the email message to look like it comes from our site and not the Washington Post. No need to have the Post address there and we especially do not want the link for the user to update their preferences since we don't allow that and there doesn't seem to be a permissions setting on that for websked.
The current message looks like this:
Hi Lynda,
We released and update for this a few months ago. I hope the new style is working for you.

Hi Lynda, thank you for raising this idea. At the very least we need to update to the correct branding for Arc XP! At this time we're not going to pursue customization of these email alerts but we'll slot in future work to refresh the branding and links contained so they're less confusing and more actionable.
