Due to human error a few times now, we've had the wrong header go out on top of newsletters. This seems to be a result of someone not selecting a newsletter and the system defaulting to the top menu choice. Sometimes it is caught on the draft email stage, but the wrong thing has also been sent.
Is it possible to make the first choice in the drop down menu blank OR possibly SELECT ONE? Something that would reduce the risk of the issue above happening again.
Hi again. I'll keep an eye on this issue and see when we have an opportunity to slip in an update for this.
Best,
Stuart
Got it thank you!
Trying to attach again.
Hi, I'm afraid I'm not seeing the screenshot. Can I ask you to attach it again?

Screenshot attached. "Ask Amy" is at the top of the alphabetical drop down list where we're supposed to select the newsletter we want to send. Regrettably that step is missed periodically. Most of the time the person catches the error when they get the draft email - but unfortunately not every time.
Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. Can I ask you to take a screen shot of the drop-down in question along with the URL? I'm not sure which menu in WebSked you are referring to.
Thanks!
Stuart
