It would be great if articles preview in websked displayed related items (images and photos in particular) that are added from Composer. We don't necessarily need the details of these contents but we need to know if articles and/or photos have been related or not. This would allow us to know whether to add articles or photos to articles, without having to open these articles in Composer.

I appreciate this idea but Preview is meant to be lightweight. So in order to ensure it comes up as quickly as possible we don't include the additional API calls that the related items would require.
I'm afraid I won't be able to consider this update until we do an update of the Preview screen. That won't be until later next year.
