Currently when we look at the Websked-Planning-List view, we have to move the mouse cursor to see the story note. However, our newsroom kept claimed that it is very easy to neglect to see the story note since it is not shown directly. Therefore we hope story note to be shown at the next to the title of the article or above the title. I also put the current and future needed images of this request.
I will also put this at the Idea Portal.

Thanks for adding this recommendation to the Ideas portal. In addition to the ticket you submitted, this helps us gather input in one place.
At the moment I don't have an immediate plan to include the full note on the List View page with each headline. However, we are updating the "content card" which contains all of the information for each story. One of my mid-term goals is to enable WebSked administrators to configure the content with only the information your team wants. So, if you wanted to see the note field but didn't want to see the description of the content, you could swap them out.
This is something I'm looking to do later this year so I don't have a date in mind.
