Have the ability to pitch to more than one section and publication

We use a single publication containing many sections for each Newsletter that we produce. It happens that the same story is used in more thant one Newsletter and, actually, we can not pitch to more than one section at a time. We actually have to wait that the first newsletter is completed and sent to be able to move the story to another section/Newsletter.

Thanks!

      Hi Marc,

If it's okay with you I'd like to loop in your Technical Account Manager. We'll reach out to you separately from this thread.

      Thanks,

      Stuart

      Hi Stuart!

The integration team did it that way because we operate six different medias that each have between 5 and 10 different Newsletters.

Knowing that the connection to our newsletter building tool depends from that setup, what do you suggest?

      Thanks!

      Hi Marc,

Thanks for submitting this idea. I'm curious why you created a single Publication for all of your newsletters? WebSked is designed to have a unique Publication for each newsletter so I'd like to learn how combining them into one helps your workflow. I'm afraid Publications are set to "one pitch only" intentionally to help manage and enforce the pitching process.

Please let me know about the above and your Technical Account Manager and I can help find a solution.

      Thanks,
