As a producer managing various collections on Arc, it would be helpful to have a breakdown of each page displaying a single collection across the site. In other words, it would be helpful to have a list of referring content for each collection.
If I have a Top Stories collection, for example, it would be helpful to get a breakdown of all the pages this collection lives on (e.g. the Homepage, various section pages, etc.) This list of referring content can exist in WebSked and be associated with each active Collection.
This would be especially helpful for managing collections linked to unique events that happen once every few years, such as an election. By having a snapshot of each page that displays this collection, this would make it easier to not only manage the collection, but delete it once the election is over.
Hi Jennifer,
Thanks for submitting this idea. There is not a direct way for a Collection to "be aware" of the places it is used in PageBuilder. However, the PageBuilder team has released a recipe github repository that contains a collection of scripts to analyze features and content sources from PageBuilder page/templates. Check out:

As you know, Collections are content sources PageBuilder pages and templates so this may give you what you're looking for. Please visit https://ideas.arcxp.com/ideas/PB-I-170 for more information or ask your TAM to connect you with the PageBuilder team.
I hope this help! Best,
