Support other CAPTCHA providers

Google reCAPTCHA sometimes has issues and they're not the most responsive. Could support be added for alternative technologies, such as hCAPTCHA or CloudFlare Turnstile?

Enable Bluesky as an option for the social media embed tool

With more users moving to Bluesky for social posting, it would be helpful to have this as an option in the social media tool, so journalists could just copy the URL of a post and paste it into Composer to embed in a story.
