iOS Chrome Support

Users would like the to use Chrome on iPad to manage Composer articles. Currently, the Circulate tab doesn't populate when using Chrome on iPad.

As a user, after a story has been circulated on a site, when I work on this story, I would like to see on which site the story is circulated on any tab of Composer
