PB Data - Make Page Uri available in JSPs

Make Page Uri available in JSPs. This would return a value like '/homepage/' in the case of the homepage or '/regional/' in the case of the regional homepage, etc. whether you were in the admin or the published page.

Ability to pitch from composer

When I'm reading a story in composer, I want to pitch it to a collection from the right navigation bar. Currently I need to open Websked - Stories then pitch from there.

Post API for collections

I suggest developping a POST API, to have the ability to fill automatically a collection with the articles from composer(in a chronological order). So the user won't have to drag manually an article to a specific position
