Add datestamp to list of saved drafts

From this URL you can view saved drafts of Pages in PageBuilder https://secure.tgam.arcpublishing.com/pb/admin/api/page/p9YklD1mVxuxmq It would be way more useful if it also displayed datestamps on when each draft was (last) saved.

Expose variant code higher on the page so partners can call it whenever they want

Expose variant code higher on the page so partners can invoke window.pageBuilder.showVariants whenever they want. The solution should be flexible enough so that the same partner could alter the timing on different pages / templates.

Sort lists in "Feature Configs"

When going to /pb/admin/app/tools/configs.html, the list of features is not sorted, making it difficult to find your feature. Can we sort it alphabetically? Thanks!
