Chinese character compatibility in the GSuite-Okta-Arc SAML-SSO setup

Now we are using GSuite-Okta-Arc SAML-SSO (SAML IdP=GSuite, SP=Arc, login id= email-address) but when the account name has Chinese character, a "Bad GateWay" error happens and none of Arc applications can be used

[Permissions service] We can manage (or at least view) the group and group membership on Arc

We are using SAML SSO, we were told that we cannot view or manage our group membership from Arc.We wish we could do that, like the way we can view/manage the roles and squads under the "Permissions"Thanks.
