Fusion Request Tracing per content source

Add an additional npm script to fusion engine so that client devs can watch a subset of folders in the bundle

This idea is separated from PEN-I-39 "Improve local development by restructuring fusion cli" as a standalone webpack improvement.

Connect GitHub repo within deployer

Allowing the deployer page/area be connected to source control - eg. GitHub and for a user to be able to deploy from a branch in their repo, would remove the need for uploading and zipping bundles yourself Think a bit like Netlify or the likes All...

Check NodeJS version on local environment when starting Fusion.

Since Fusion 2.8 requires Node v12, perhaps a check should be added to verify Node versions on local environment. The check could run with npx fusion start. Please see image attachment.

Be able to retrieve user agent at server side

Since Fusion use SSR, it would be nice to be able to retrieve "user agent" in server side. Since all CDNs are able to transfer this knowledge from the user to the server, it seems trivial to enable this feature for us, developers.

The ability to access current deployment version in the content source

We want to have some content source functions call another function via the Fusion HTTP API. That requires a change to Fusion in order to expose the current deployment version in the content source (or by passing it in via a query parameter)
