Set required fields for Gallery Creation in Anglerfish

We can set the fields that are viewable and required for photo upload and editing in Anglerfish. We do not have the same options for gallery creation and would love to do that.

Focal Point/Crop During Upload

It would be great to be able to set a photo's focal point or crop it during the upload process, rather than having to go back after uploading and make those changes.
