Our paywall strategy is currently to have one meter limit for web & mobile web, and a different limit for mobile apps.
In order to implement this with the new mobile SDK Arc would need a 4th device class in the paywall rule configuration - we can't use the "mobile" device class, since that would affect mobile web too.
