According to the docs in URL Service http://redirector.arcpublishing.com/canonical-url-service/ the removeWords function removes the following English words:
a, at, as, the, in, from, for, of, on, to, and, but
This list should be configurable for each organization -- or even website? -- so that we can control which words are stripped from urls.

We are considering a URL service improvement in Q1 2026 to add a set of "top idea portal requests" for this service. Will update the Home ticket in December when we do planing.
