Deployer 2.0 was recently applied to my organization's Arc PageBuilder Sandbox environment. The familiar interface design has changed and I'm embarrassed to upload the PageBuilder bundle file as usual. File drag & drop didn't work. I soon found out why.
The input tag for file upload was hidden. The web browser automatically selects the file to upload simply by dragging and dropping it into this element. In the newly changed interface, the input tag is hidden and beautiful decorated with other elements.
I don't think this is very good for usability. The basic interface elements of the web browser are quite well-made and work without any problems. Please review the usability of Deployer 2.0 again.

Thanks for reporting this issue. We're investigating either how to add drag & drop functionality to Arc Design System's file selector component, or revert this field to the browser's default file selector for now to unblock you.
