More Detailed Customer Support

When we have an issue of page builder breaking or not behaving as expected. Could customer service returned more detailed diagnostic information on why they think its on our side. Just saying page builder or another service is working as expected and closing the ticket is unhelpful and can create some frustrations on both sides.
