special characters from the toolbar are only inserted into the text on the Compose tab - not into the headline or subheadline or description where the user's cursor is located. Characters like em dashes and accented characters are often used in headlines or subheadlines and descriptions. The only workaround is to put it in the text and copy/paste it where it is needed. This slows down the process and is inefficient.
