Many Globe and Mail writers and editors try to insert special characters such as en-dash into a cursor position in a headline, only to find the special character added to some point the body. We've now been told that such Spec Char functionality only exists for the body.
Please expand special character functionality beyond simply the body, to include headlines and subheadlines
