Ideas for Arc XP

The Special Character library looks to be the same as Wordpress with the exception of:

• en space
• em space
• thin space
• and a few other 'space' ones.

Can we update the library to be in sync with the one Wordpress uses?

As a second step, the Washington Post newsroom will likely need to port over the special characters it's been using in Methode. There may be overlap with what's already in there. Regardless, attached is the config file of 'extra' special characters.
