In Composer, we edit photo cutlines after placing photos in stories.
Sometimes, when updating a story with a full overwrite, where we literally paste a new version in, we first drag edited photos to the Clipboard, so we don't lose them. Then, when the story is updated, we drag them back into the story.
The problem is that when we place a photo with an edited cutline into the Clipboard, it reverts back to the original cutline, thereby costing editors much time by making more work for them.
It seems to us that anything placed into the Clipboard should keep whatever edited status it has. The Related Items seem a better place for, say, photos with original cutlines.
Would it be possible for photos placed in the clipboard to maintain edited cutlines? That would be great if it could happen.
