As version history only shows the 100 most recent versions, it may not include a version showing when a story was initially published (if, for example, a story had 150 versions and the story was initially published on version 25). Thus, it would be good to have the initial published time/date/author always visible (pinned) in the version history.

Hi there! We are currently limited to only displaying the last 100 revisions in Revision History. However, this is something our team has been actively investigating resolving. This is still under active development but we will let you know once we have plans to release this. Thank you!
All republished times should also be included. These points are critical in a revision history.
