Composer should display the focal point of an image in the Featured Media tab if it was set in Photo Center

Make photos display smaller in story windows

Photos display in enormous size in Ellipsis editing windows. Makes editing articles cumbersome, especially those with more than one photo. Why can't they display smaller, as do videos and social media embeds?
