"private" story-in-progress which restricted to author and person authorized by author

Our authors want to keep their "story-in-progress" secret before publish. but the current "permission service" only can bind roles/actions to site-level, it is not enough for those sensitive "in-progress-stories"

Specific permission for preview a story in Composer, not tied to publishing rights

It would be great to be able to grant preview permissions for preview stories in Composer but still keep publishing rights separate. Now, if you want a user to be able to preview a story but the user has no publishing permissions it is not possible.
