insertions, deletions and notes mode should be visible when emailed

When a file is copy/pasted into an email - using Actions → Copy to clipboard and pasted to our gmail system - and sent to a freelancer, sometimes the green insertions and deletions do not display with the shading - it all comes in as regular text....
