Default check mark on "now" when update stories

When we update our stories, we want the actual date of the update to be the date displayed. That's why we want to be able to check this box by default because it can be repetitive to always check this box (especially for live articles)

Template Usage data

Because of the large number of templates, there is a possibility that some get lost in the shuffle. It would be nice if there was a way to see how often templates are used - or not used - so we can remove or adjust ones that aren't used.
