Developers often need to know where there feature is being used to see what affect changes may have or if it can be depricated.

Have the link box (or any modal) not cover the text when clicked

Filed on behalf of the Newsroom. Apologies in advance but I feel I have to ask. When users change content, can dumb quotes be converted to smart quotes automatically?

DraftAPI rate limiting headers

It would be nice if the DraftAPI provided rate limiting headers like the story api does. Currently it just cuts off with a 429 but provides no guidance for time or #allowed.
