Allow geographic restrictions on blocks

Do I have this right? We can place geographic restrictions on video and live video, but not on pagebuilder blocks?

I want to bookmark in Chrome a link to a 'use shared' version of a page

I often open up our homepage, start building a new block, then realize I forgot to hit 'use shared' before starting. Currently I have a bookmark to our ARC homepage in pagebuilder. I would like to bookmark a link to the 'use shared' version.

add custom help menu to page builder editor

Add ability to include organization specific help links to Page builder help menu. This would allow information for page editors who infrequently do certain tasks, like setup a breaking news layout, this is our workflow for X, etc.

Rename bundles

It would be handy to be able to rename bundles after they've been uploaded, particularly since the names that come out of CircleCI are not that helpful. If renaming them isn't possible, then at least being able to add a label would be useful.

Add the ability for a user to setup their favorite features in PB

The "Add Feature or Chain from" menu does inlcude the whole list of features and chains available for a site. A new tab for "favorite" features and chains would allow editors to work much more efficiently by shorlisting their most used features.

please put back the History link

PB Classic has a link at the top of the page labeled History - it's missing from PBE. It doesn't tell you much but at least you can see who created the page and who published it.
