Add "Publication pitch" filter in Websked

Show Caption for featured media in Websked preview

Add Publication pitch filter to the List View in WebSked planning

This filter is already available in the calendar views, but for publications that all have the same planned publish time, the list view is much more user friendly for our team to view all the stories.

Allow ability to make configurable task fields required

Give the option for users to make additional fields added to task types required. This would ensure users cannot leave out crucial information. For example, in a photo assignment task, we would want to make a field for shoot location required.
