In multisite organizations an editor should be abel to limit if a photo is restricted to only one site

You can restrict the use of a photograph but any one with "view restricted photographs" permissions from any site will be able to see/use them. This is a big problem if you want to reserve the photo till published.

Increase number of characters allowed in navigation

Composer/Themes: Resize embedded images in situ

We would like to be able to resize embedded images whilst they are in the article body - Wordpress has a feature like this where you're able to hover over the edge of the image to "push & pull" the image size within the text.
