When clicking the preview button at the top right of an Arc Subscriptions offer in the draft state, an invalid URL containing "undefined" in place of a campaign code is generated when one is not available.
Instead, the button should be disabled and when the user clicks it, they should be told that a campaign code must be created first (similar approach to the Composer UI).
