From subs manager: Adding a toggle into the dropdown on the right that allows us to filter for Offer Pages that have live campaigns. I just went in and expired 28 campaigns and now they're surfacing at the top of this offer page and it's kind of a pain to dig up the ones we've been working on currently--would just be easier/better if we could see the ones that are live. (There's also 12 offer pages with 0 campaign codes associated with them and 11 test campaigns out there that we are sorting through)
