Hi Subs team, we'd like to add "Refunds" option into the "Subscriptions" pulldown. Since the Customer Support team spends most of the time adjusting/updating subscriptions, this would help to be a one-stop shop and they wouldn't need to click over to the "Order" area.

Adding more thoughts from the Customer Support team:
Add button to credit (under orders where refunds are processed) – once a credit is processed the credit needs to appear in the activity tab
Another suggestion is when you select terminate or cancel we could add the credit option in this drop down. Once credit is processed the credit needs to appear in the activity tab
Once codes are added to credit remove from under terminate/cancel
