We would like to have “today” as the preselected date to display today’s sales without having to manually apply a filter
We would like to see the exact time of the checkout rather than the date
We would like to see a distinction between new sales vs renewals
Filters take up half the screen
We would like to be able to download the reports rather than pulling them using the API
We can’t see the subscription events (status change date stamp, renewal attempt, etc.)
We would like to have a dropdown menu to select reason a given subscription was cancelled
We can’t see an option in the menu to approve/reject account deletion requests

We have added a number of activity cards to the account detail view and will continue to add more in the next few releases.

Customer care codes are now available in sandbox (and will be in production tomorrow). The self-service admin for managing the available codes will be included in Arc Subs 1.53.
