New IFX Event if story gets saved before publish

IFX events for more than just stories

Add IFX events for non-story data types, like Gallery, Video, Author, etc. Doing this would make it easier for headless clients to perform tasks on data of all types, not just stories.

Add a permission for IFX

IFX should not be visible to all users. Please add a permission to view/use IFX so that we can hide it from most users who don't need to see it.
