As a user it would be helpful to categorize tags by section. This is displayed in the UI but there is no way to do it. There is an answer in ARC Answers that says it can be done via an API - with no instructions on how to do that. And it's not very useful to the person using the client. We would like to enforce using only existing tag words so it would be useful to quickly find them in a list by category rather than in just one blob of words.

TBH, this was posted 3 years ago and I can't remember why - it doesn't look like the section is in the UI for tags any more so this can be closed.
Hi Lynda, thank you for sharing your idea. Sorry we didn't discuss it earlierbut as we are thinking about it I'd like to understand how not having categorization affects your work/business and what benefits you see if we had categorization?
