Because the activation link token is valid for 24 hours from the time it is sent, there are times when users do not activate within that time period and so cannot be activated.
A functionality would need to be implemented within the ARC management tool that would allow activation mail forwarding for these cases.
This has been added to the CSR in the Account Access tab as part of the overflow menu next to an unverified email.
We will be adding the ability to resend the email verification WebSocket events that are used to trigger the outgoing email. This will be available as part of a release later this year.
For now there is a bit of a work around in the CSR, the rep can just “update” the email but just with the same email. That will trigger the verify email WebSocket.
