We use an outbound feed from our homepage collection bin to send content to our app to support our in-app feed of stories.
This ARC collection bin is limited to 20 results, which limits the number of results we can display in our corresponding app timeline. We would like to make this result list as long as possible, ideally an infinite number of results/infinite scroll, but are blocked by the ARC limit.
Could ARC expand the number of results a collection bin can call, potentially to unlimited results, or at least 100? There does not seem to be a purpose/reason behind limiting it to 20 results.
@Stuart - We are using the OOTB "collections" content source for outbound feeds that uses content-API-collections. Our mobile app is unable to take paginated requests/sequences to glue them together without a proxy
Hello!
Can you confirm which API you're using to get this list of results?
Also, what is preventing your team from making multiple requests in sequence to populate the app?
Thanks,
Stuart
Hello -- I've moved this over to WebSked for future consideration as the API is currently capped at 20.
It is possible to make a second API call within the content source using the offset feature, but this can have negative performance implications.
