Currently, Video Center only supports photos with the .jpg extention as thumbnails. If you attempt to use a thumbnail with the extension .jpeg, it is rejected.
Would it be possible to increase the functionality to allow the use of .jpeg/.png/.gif extentions in addition to .jpg?

Hi there - Video Center does support the use of .jpeg and .png images today. If you're experiencing an issue with this, please contact Arc Customer Support.
