When creating a thumbnail in Arc Video Center, I would like to be able to crop elements from that thumbnail while maintaining the 16x9 ratio.
This becomes key when I want to create a new thumbnail from a video that may have been from on the air that has lower thirds or on-screen graphics, but I don't necessarily want to include those.
This is a feature that we have in Photo Center, but not when creating a new thumbnail image from a video directly. This would eliminate that extra step.
