We propose expanding IFX to include events related to story circulations. Currently, IFX supports notifications for many story events, but lacks coverage for circulation-related actions. Adding these events would enable downstream systems to trigger automation tied to circulations.

Circulation Created
Triggered when a new circulation is added to a story.
Circulation Updated
Triggered when a circulation is modified.
Circulation Deleted
Triggered when a circulation is removed from a story.
