There really is no indication on the Featured media page as to whether the image in published or unpublished. In addition we would like to mark the image as published right there without having to go back to Photo Center. The issue arises when the preview function is used and neither the image or the edited caption are shown correctly - the image looks broken and the caption is from the original photo, not the edited caption on the featured media panel
