When a user tries to set a story to publish in the future, the Display Date field automatically fills in with the time that the user has run the schedule action. Instead, the Display Date field should automatically populate with the time that the user schedules the story to be published. As it is right now, the user has to choose the future time/date in two different calendars in order for the timestamp on the story to match the time that the story is published. Ultimately, the user should only have to select the time/date in the Publish Time field and that data should automatically pass through to the Display Time field.
